Where does Tri-Built build/remodel?


Tri-Built Services, Inc. is located in Spring Branch, TX, north of San Antonio, not to be confused by the same named city outside of Houston. We build in the San Antonio city limits and north of the city from Seguin to Bandera. These areas include but are not limited to Seguin, Luling, Clear Springs, Geronimo, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Gruene, Canyon Lake, Blanco, Bulverde, Stone Oak, Fair Oaks, Bergheim, Kendalia, Boerne, Comfort, Center Point, Camp Verde, Bandera, Marble Falls and Pipe Creek.




Does Tri-Built have financing available?


Yes, Tri-Built Services, Inc. works with many lenders to offer interim financing for construction and your Long Term Mortgage. Tri-Built is not a broker and these services are independent of Tri-Built. Call us for contact information with these competitive finance options.




If we do not have our own plans, can Tri-Built help with our design and plans?


You bet we can. At Tri-Built, we love to be involved from the conceptual home design stage. We have architects and Registered Texas Home Designers who can draw your plans for you. These individuals are independent contractors and they will have your best interest in mind when working on your new home.




Does Tri-Built allow 3rd party inspectors on site?


Yes, Tri-Built actually hires a 3rd party inspector at the end of the mechanical stage to inspect all mechanicals, and the structural integrity of the framing. Tri-Built also has the slab inspected by an engineer before pouring the concrete. The county that the home is being built in will inspect the septic system before a License for Use will be issued.




What type of insurance does Tri-Built Have?


Tri-Built carries Builders Risk, General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance.




What is Tri-Built's warranty?


We back our homes with a full one year warranty from completion for any and all items. We have a two year warranty on all mechanical systems, and a ten year structural warranty.
